Everybody can copy and spin stories but that has never been our goal and won't ever be. Original quality content is tough in a city like New York where thousands of other blogs exist.

Re: Garious List: Top 20 Social Media Posts – March 2012

Excellent! Still, you can take gradual steps. In fact, the tips presented here are in orderly fashion. In other words, it is better to determine your target market before designing your blog. I guess your best bet is to review the tips presented here in the right order and work on each of them slowly but surely. In your opinion, what do you find most challenging about having a successful RE blog?

Re: 23+ Tweetable Tips For A Real Estate Blog That Sells!

We're providing a real estate blog and I can tell you that it's not easy.
I read this chapter as a copy editor and I have a few suggestions:

1st para: If you look at .... (fragment). Start sentence with Look at the target customer . . .
2nd para, 2nd sentence. Consider: Thus, they cannot differentiate . . .
Next sentence, Often times they end up (remove "times" here and later in the chapter when it comes after "often")
Example 2, 1st para: (over 2 million) who would like (not "that would like")
...as their children leave home (not go off on their own)
3rd para: new para after first sentence. Unclear on "In these fictitious cases,"--it seems to be only one case of retired empty nesters. Same para: 3rd sentence is too long--Possible rewrite: They are able to apply this personal experience to better understand their sutomer and communicate effectively with them. They also provide a unique and hard-to-duplicate solution.
5th para: again, who are "both of these groups"? First sentence is too long. End after both of these groups experience. Start new sentence: She specifically addresses these issues in blog posts she writes, and how ...
7th para: change first sentence to Whether you are the hub of info for your clients, or you are an information facilitator, . . .
Last sentence: last word is sol, I think you mean sold.
